Based on our "Market Survey" we meet an average price point for our market. (Survey can be provided upon request) For 2025, we have rolled out a very successful "VIP Card" promotion. All LaCenterra employee's/Grand Apartment residents/medical/military/1st responders and get 20% off Mon-Wed. All employee's for Katy ISD, Fluor Engineering & RPM get 20% off any time. Our comps do not seem to promote much and they depend on walk-in traffic. We have shopped all local competition and not found anything that compares to the quality of service that we offer.
Opportunities for Growth
Growth Opportunity - When we purchased this Spa, we had to determine what would separate us from competition. Private parties/venues have been a huge part of our success. Within 6 months, we had a total of 11 parties and 1 large Valentine venue. Our private parties range from 8-20 guest. We do these parties off the books. Our revenue for these parties range from $1,200 - $3,500 with a 40% profit margin for each party. Offering a private party package is something that the local comps do not promote.
